Environmental Framework

The Environmental Framework (PDF 4.3MB) brings together a range of studies, assessments and guidance documents, covering natural environmental enhancement and protection, sustainable resource management and the challenge of both mitigating the impact of climate change and adapting to the inevitable impacts. This framework plays an important role in guiding how we approach environmental and sustainability issues in Central Bedfordshire through our new Local Plan.
