EXite is for school leaders and their staff with leadership responsibility to help them make clear and strategic decisions about technology. It is led by successful practicing school and academy leaders and recognised experts in the field of educational technology with a wealth of experience, content, resources and contacts.
EXite is a 2 day programme backed up by online resources, designed by leaders, for leaders, to ensure that the benefits of new technologies are realised in schools and academies. EXite provides high quality input from educational technology specialists to stimulate debate and challenge and support leaders develop their priorities and plans.
The EXite model - using a mix of self-reflection and challenge, taught sessions, group discussions, shared learning and a focus on change management - looks at leadership of ICT, new technologies and learning from a variety of viewpoints. Throughout the programme, delegates are also supported by direct contact with the programme leaders and have access to a secure and exclusive online portal with a wide range of resources.
