Space for hire in the centre of Houghton Regis
All Saints View has two bright and spacious function rooms that are available for hire. The rooms are suitable for a variety of events such as group activities, social gatherings, exhibitions, conferences, meetings and parties. The spaces are modern and beautifully decorated throughout, with kitchen facilities and furniture included.
The rooms are available to the public, local businesses and charities as well as residents of All Saints View.
Hall 1
Hall 1 is a modern and spacious room overlooking the All Saints View resident’s garden. It is an event space perfect for groups of up to 40 people.
The hire includes:
- private kitchen room for self-catering events
- fully functioning kitchen consisting of oven, full-sized fridge, induction hob, microwave, and dishwasher
- full use of all the kitchen equipment needed for preparing and serving food and drink
- on-site bathroom facilities
- 4 circular tables and 40 chairs
Hall 2
Hall 2 is our second function room which is ideal for groups of up to 60 people.
Included in the hire of this space is:
- an open-plan kitchen with a mini-fridge and kettle
- tea and coffee-making amenities
- full use of all the kitchen equipment needed for preparing and serving food and drink
- washing up facilities
- on-site bathroom facilities
- 6 circular tables and 60 chairs
There is also the option to create a larger space for events by combining the two rooms as there is a removable partition. This would accommodate 100 people. The hirer would then have full use of up to 10 circular-tables and 100-chairs as well as both kitchen spaces.
The tables and chairs are available to arrange as you wish. The hirer is responsible for setting up the room and returning it to its former state. In addition, all cooking equipment should be washed and put away.
