Biggleswade Garden Community

With our partners Homes England and Biggleswade Town Council, we have commissioned studies to guide the delivery of future growth as part of the garden community. These studies seek to ensure that the garden community reflects local characteristics and is truly sustainable. To date, an energy strategy and a biodiversity strategy have been produced to guide future development.
