We can investigate fly-posting, graffiti, and vandalism on both public and private property if the offence has been witnessed taking place.
We are unable to remove fly-posting, graffiti, and vandalism from:
- Heights or where specialist training or equipment is needed
- Surfaces where its removal would cause further damage

Graffiti and vandalism include painting, writing, soiling, marking, defacing, or damaging property.
Graffiti and vandalism are criminal offences, and we could issue you with a fine (fixed penalty notice) of £100.
