Core Strategy and Development Management Policies

The Core Strategy and Development Management Policies Development Plan Document (PDF 2.5MB) sets out the vision, objectives, spatial strategy and overarching policies to guide development in the north area of Central Bedfordshire up to 2026. The Development Management policies provide the policy framework against which all planning applications will be assessed.

The Core Strategy and Development Management Policies Development Plan Document was adopted by the Council on 19th November 2009.
