Local Development Scheme (LDS) for the new Local Plan (December 2023)

On 30 January 2025, Council approved an updated timetable for preparing our new Local Plan. This is called a Local Development Scheme (LDS).

Minor updates have been made to the Local Development Scheme to ensure it remains up to date with national planning policy.
