This is known as post-16 throughout the consultation.

DfE guidance states that local authorities do not have to provide free or subsidised travel support for pupils between 16 and 19 years old but must publish an annual transport policy statement outlining their plans for providing transportation or other assistance that they believe is necessary to help all sixth form students attend their education or training.
Therefore, everything in this policy is above and beyond what the Council is statutorily obliged to provide.
SEND 19-25 Transport Policy
This is for young people aged 19 to 25 with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) or other mobility difficulties. The full eligibility criteria is available in the policy. There are no proposed changes to the SEND 19-25 Transport Policy (PDF).
