Our timescales for delivery are:

step 1 – by the end of June 2021 (completed): the government has made it conditional that we must publish a notice demonstrating our commitment to pursue an Enhanced Partnership by 30 June
step 2 – by the end of October 2021 (completed): publish an interim Bus Service Improvement Plan
step 3 – by the end of March 2022 (in progress): to have an implemented Enhanced Partnership Plan and Scheme in place (in progress); from 1 April 2022, discretionary bus funding will only be available to local authorities with an Enhanced Partnership in place
