Removal/variation of planning condition
You can apply to vary or remove a planning condition, this is often called a Section 73 application.
An application to vary or remove a condition will need to provide information as to why the condition is no longer relevant or reasonable.
You cannot extend the time limit for the implementation of a planning permission using this process. In addition, you cannot use this process if the time limit for implementing the permission has expired and the development has not started.
