What happens next?
Our officers, along with our Executive Member for Health and Community Liaison, will be asked to review the results of the survey and to also consider a number of factors. These include usage of the payphones in the last year, housing deprivation around where they are located, mobile phone coverage and emergency provision. We will then agree a response to send to BT, which we will publish on our website. BT will then make the final decision.
