We recognise that communities like to engage with us in different ways. We are working hard to identify and reach the communities we seldom hear from to better understand their needs and requirements and to make appropriate arrangements to facilitate their engagement with us.
Data, insight and experience tell us that we don’t hear enough from our ethnic minority communities, people with a disability, young people, older people, people living in areas of deprivation and people who may be digitally excluded. We are actively looking at ways to increase participation with us in ways that are accessible, convenient and appropriate.
