Days out by bus

There are so many great places to visit around Bedfordshire – but did you know that you can get to many of them by bus?

Working with our partners at Luton and Bedford Borough councils, we are again running the Days Out By Bus campaign this summer, and have produced a guide to the many brilliant places to visit around the area (PDF), from zoos and farms to historic houses and museums, with details of how to get to them by bus. If you’re feeling energetic, the guide also includes swimming pools, countryside walks and country parks. We’ve even been able to negotiate special discounts at some of the attractions for visitors arriving by bus!

Please note that some of bus stop locations listed in the leaflet may not be suitable for access by young children, people with limited mobility, pushchairs and wheelchairs.
