Ascott House is an 'Old English' manor house of black and white half-timber, with red tiled roofs. Ascott boasts an exceptional collection of paintings, fine furniture and superb porcelain.
The extensive gardens are an attractive mix of the formal and natural with specimen trees, shrubs and beautiful herbaceous borders and views across the Aylesbury Vale. The tearoom, serving light lunches and delicious home made cakes, is located in the weathered red brick buildings of the Estate's Cricket Pavilion.
Closed on Mondays. National Trust. Admission charges apply. Please note that all visitors must book in advance.
