The scheme is run by an independent expert in group-buying, iChoosr Ltd, which has many years of experience running such schemes. The scheme has been run by many local authorities across the country. In Bedfordshire, it also includes Bedford Borough Council and Luton Borough Council.
Registrations opens 31 March 2025 and closes 6 June 2025.
