Definition of 'children who appear to have been in state care outside of England'
Children who appear to have been in state care outside of England and ceased to be in state care as a result of being adopted.
A child is regarded as having been in state care in a place outside of England if they were accommodated by a public authority, a religious organisation or any other provider of care whose sole purpose if to benefit society.
Definition of 'BEST staff'
Staff that work within BEST (Bedfordshire Schools Trust) on either a fulltime or part time basis. The parent must be a permanent member of the workforce and the member of staff has been employed at the school for two or more years at the time of application and/or recruited to fill a vacant post where there is a demonstrable skill shortage.

During the on-time allocation, after the final allocation took place, we received a notification of 4 late EHCPs and twins being offered a place which totaled the on-roll number to 425.
