Most light bulbs can be recycled at your local Household Waste Recycling Centre.
Where possible please deposit light bulbs carefully to avoid breakages to prevent the release of toxic dust and vapours and prevent cuts.
Please do not place light bulbs in your recycling or black bin, or place them in bottle banks.
If a light bulb needs replacing try using an energy-efficient bulb instead.
