e-petitions - Stop the 40mph increase on Langford Road and have a new crossing by the garden centre

To reverse the 40mph speed increase and to put in a new safe crossing so people can cross the road safely.

Supporting details:

We want a new crossing by the garden centre, it is very unsafe already and the current speed is 30mph. CBC want to increase this to a 40mph.
