This workshop is for anyone looking to improve their understanding of current cost of living rates and develop their confidence calculating money. 

This workshop will support you to: 

• recognise how choices we make about money can impact our mental health and what support is available to support these needs 
• investigate some of the organisations offering financial information and advice and how to save money on bills
