The responsibilities of the role are to support and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers.

By the end of this apprenticeship, you'll have a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.
- How the apprenticeship is completed

Apprentices will be supported by an experienced assessor to achieve the knowledge, skills and behaviours as set out in the apprenticeship standard. Each apprentice will have an e-learning package linked to their apprenticeship and is required to attend monthly tutorials. All apprentices are observed in the workplace and have written tasks to complete.
- Requirements of this apprenticeship

Apprentices must be given a minimum of 6 hours per week for off-the-job training.
Maths and English requirements
Apprentices without level 2 maths and English will be required to undertake a functional skills programme and achieve level 2 prior to gateway.
- What will be assessed at the end?

Knowledge test, project improvement presentation and interview.

18 months / term time only, 24 months.
Gateway: about 15 months / term time only, 21 months

Levy payers: £5,000; non-levy payers: fully funded if apprentice is aged 16-21, otherwise 5% (£250)
