Jiffy bags are a composite material, meaning they are made of lots of different materials that cannot be separated. 

Jiffy bags cannot be recycled at home and should be placed in your black household waste bin.

Jiffy bags that are in good condition can be reused. If you can, use a used jiffy bag to send a parcel in rather than buying a new package. Remember to remove, cover or scribble out addresses and labels before reusing.
