Car parks - Duncombe Drive - Leighton Buzzard

This car park has access for motor homes.

It is covered by Traffic Regulation Orders which contain height restrictions and a requirement to park within a bay, however the following car parks we will make exceptions (including relaxed height restrictions) for motor homes provided the following requirements are met:

• where a motor home cannot fit into a single parking bay due to its length, the driver must purchase two pay and display tickets for the two bays occupied
• no form of camping, sleeping overnight or cooking are allowed. There are no facilities for these activities

Access is from Lake Street.

Open 24 hours.

Chargeable hours are 8am to 6pm; Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. 8am to 1pm; Tuesday. Sundays and bank holidays are free.

Free parking on Saturdays is no longer be available in Duncombe Drive, Leighton Buzzard. This was agreed as part of the budget in February 2024 and aligns with our sustainability plan.

Buses are available to our town centres, with operators offering a £2 fare. Residents who hold a concessionary pass can travel for free at any time across Central Bedfordshire.

Additionally, there are special ticket offers on the new Leighton Buzzard routes. Free parking will still be available in Ashton Square on Wednesdays from 1pm to 6pm and in Duncombe Drive on Tuesdays from 1pm to 6pm.
