This 13.8 hectare woodland contains ancient semi-natural woodland and more recent planting and is home to a variety of wildflowers, insects, birds and bats. Ancient wood banks can still be seen.
An 800m surfaced path is suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs. It’s a great place to walk, or just sit and enjoy. Bluebells and wild garlic in spring make the wood a delight for all.
