Registration
Registration is a key part of the school day and is the means by which schools monitor attendance and punctuality. The Pupil Registration Regulations identify those issues which schools need to be aware of in establishing their registration procedures.

Removal from School Roll (updated 4 April 2012) – complete this form for each pupil removed from the current roll (not for ending statutory education or permanently excluded pupils) prior to sending a CTF for the pupil to the DfE Missing Pupil Database.
