Once a family is confirmed as eligible for the funding, the parent is required to complete a parent / carer declaration form for each funding period.
You will use the information detailed on these forms to complete your NEF Provider Portal online submission, according to the dates set out in the head count and payments timetable.
Parents should be issued with a privacy notice to advise what you will do with their child's information.
