What records do we hold?
The Central Bedfordshire Register Office in Ampthill holds the following registers:
1837 – 30 April 1999 - all birth, death and marriage registers for any event that occurred within the area that is now known as Central Bedfordshire.
1 May 1999 - 31 March 2009. Birth, death and marriage registers for all of Bedfordshire (excluding Luton).
1 May 1999 - 31 March 2009. Marriage registers for churches and religious buildings in the area now known as Central Bedfordshire (excluding Bedford).
1 April 2009 - current day. All birth, death and marriage registers for any event that occurred within Central Bedfordshire.
All church registers from 1837 - to current day for any church that is within the Central Bedfordshire area.
