Just Ask is coming to Biggleswade

17 May 2017

The Just Ask project is taking to the road again next week as part of our aim to give residents the opportunity to find out about local services available to them.

The next stop will be at The Market Square Biggleswade SG18 8AQ, from 9am - 1:30pm, on Friday 26 May, and will give people the opportunity to ‘Just Ask’ questions about social care, health, housing and other services.

Hosted by Healthwatch Central Bedfordshire in partnership with us, Bedfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group and Aragon Housing, the Just Ask team will offer free advice across a wide range of subjects.

Last year more it attracted more than 1600 people who visited to ask questions and learn about what support they can access in their area.

Julie Ogley, Director for Social Care, Health and Housing, said: "Don’t miss this great opportunity to jump on board and find out about a wide range of information and services. Just Ask is like a one stop shop for residents who want to know more about the local services available to them on subjects like children, older people, families and caring responsibilities."

"The project will be touring across all of Central Bedfordshire so keep an eye out for its next stop. Look out for the Just Ask sign in prominent locations across the county allowing visitors to pop in and have a chat with a range of professionals while they are out and about shopping."

More information on the Just Ask events can be obtained by emailing HealthWatch Central Bedfordshire at info@healthwatch-centralbedfordshire.org.uk or by calling 0300 303 8554.
