What is Let's Rent?
Our Let's Rent housing option is for people who are either threatened with homelessness or in need of housing.
The housing option has been developed by us in partnership with the local landlords, licensed letting agents, the Housing Benefit Service and local floating support services. It allows families or individuals to have a choice of good quality, well managed, private sector accommodation in the local area.
Renting privately provides you with choice and allows you to address important issues in your life such as schools, work, family network and doctors.
We need your help shaping our Let's Rent policy
We're reviewing our Let's rent offer policy (PDF 69.1KB) to ensure it still meets its objectives and would love to find out about your experiences and opinions on the Let's Rent offer. The policy sets out guiding principles on how we deliver the scheme.
