We need up to date information about your circumstances to ensure that you are able to bid on suitable properties.
If you have any changes to your circumstances, e.g. a change of address, change of telephone number, a new addition to the family, then let us know.

Alternatively, you can print out and complete a change of circumstance form (PDF 200.6KB) and send it to the Housing Register Team.
If you or a member of your household has a medical condition that is affected by your current housing or determines the type of housing that would be suitable for you, please complete and submit this online medical form.
Alternatively, you can print out and complete a hard copy of the medical form (PDF 1.5MB) and send a scanned PDF copy by E-mail or post the form to the Housing Register Team. We are unable to accept digital photographs of the form.
