Dementia-friendly housing
Our Croft Green and Priory View housing initiatives are based on dementia-friendly design principles which are beneficial to everyone, regardless if they have dementia or not.
This includes creating an inviting, warm and domestic feel with well planned designs and layouts in order to create physical environments which are easily understood and easy to navigate.
The outside spaces offer a range of different textures, colours, plant sizes, aromas and flowering seasons to offer a range of experiences with garden paths planned in a way to allow people to safely explore.
