The Council’s Monitoring Officer has delegated powers to make urgent amendments, amendments to give effect to any decision of the Council or changes in the law, and minor amendments such as to correct errors or to ensure that the Constitution is up-to-date as set out in Part 2 Article 14, Part 3A and Part 3E of the Constitution.
