Central Bedfordshire Council has a revenue budget and a capital programme, which fund the services we provide such as education, public amenities, social services, waste, roads, transport, trading standards and benefits.

The money we spend comes from government grants, business rates, council tax and charges for services.

The budget books below reflect both the revenue and capital budget as agreed at Full Council each financial year e.g. the 2022 to 2023 Budget Book was agreed at Full Council in February 2022. If you have any queries regarding these figures please contact us.
