Finding tender opportunities
We have a separate website for the electronic tendering process (link opens in new window). You can register your details, view any current tenders and express an interest on our suppliers website.
Housing maintenance procurement session - 27 June 2017
We're holding a session for housing maintenance providers to give an overview of the potential future arrangements for housing maintenance, ahead of our tendering process which is due to commence towards the end of 2018.
Sign up for procurement email alerts
We can also email you with the latest opportunities as soon as they are released. You can sign up to receive alerts for any new tenders we advertise.
We do not have a preferred supplier list.
Requirements for goods, supplies and services worth over £60k are either advertised here and on Contracts Finder (link opens in new window) or are sourced from EU compliant framework agreements. Requirements over the EU threshold values are advertised first in the Official Journal of the European Union. Quotes are sought for requirements below £60k. We do not use approved lists of suppliers. If you wish to let us know the goods you provide or services you undertake, you can do this by:
- contacting the relevant service area for your goods/services
- registering on our suppliers portal (link opens in new window)
Please note that due to the potential number of suppliers in the market this will not guarantee that you are included on requests for quotations.
How to tender
If you wish to tender for a particular contract, you should refer to the instructions set out in the individual quotation and tender documents.
Please do not send unsolicited marketing material. We don’t consider this when conducting competitive procurement exercises.

This is summary of the discussions that were carried out at a provider event couple of weeks ago. It’s to give the provider some material they can refer to in the future. For example, we carried out a voting exercise to find out providers' views about various accommodation related topics this document summarises the voting outcome.
